Survey to assess the level of awareness regarding Blockchain Technology among SME owners, professionals, and self-employed individuals in the tourism and agri-food sectors

The objective of the survey is to assess the level of awareness regarding Blockchain Technology among SME owners, professionals, and self-employed individuals in the tourism and agri-food sectors of Cyprus, Greece, Serbia, Belgium and Türkiye. The primary goal is to pinpoint the specific challenges encountered by these industries. Subsequently, tailored training programs will be developed to educate and empower individuals, related associations, training institutions, etc. within these sectors on leveraging emerging technologies, with a particular focus on blockchain, to effectively address these challenges.

The below questionnaires are provided in the framework of the project “ECVET-compliant training to implement ecologically viable AGRiculture On INdustrial Surfaces of URban Environments – AGRO-INSURE – 2023-1-DE02-KA220-VET-000158035”.

The questionnaires aim to collect your feedback as urban and peri-urban agriculture stakeholders, to facilitate the domain analysis and consolidation, as well as to verify and refine the training needs and preferable training modes. The objective is to identify VET training gaps as perceived by industrial surface owners and propose a curriculum and policies to cover these gaps. The questionnaire also aims to collect your thoughts on changes required to evolve and implement agricultural projects to a setup / environment such as the industrial surfaces.

Our final event started in Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski"

All partners met for a final meeting in Plovdiv and prepared the presentations for the event to be organised on 25 October at Plovdiv University.

We had a very constructive 2 days meeting in Larnaca (Cyprus) with all partners. Our project team is approaching the finalisation of its envisaged project results and will soon launch them all online.
