🖊️ Prior to the semester start, Deggendorf Institute of Technology offers a voluntary two-week German online intensive course for students who do not have any knowledge of
the German language yet.

🌍 The Orientation Weeks for exchange students in the fall/winter semester
2025/26 will start on Monday, 22 September 2025.
The students will receive more detailed information after having
completed the application process.

🇸🇰 The exchange student applications for Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava are now open!

📅 NOMINATION DEADLINES:

* APRIL 1 TO MAY 31 - nomination period for winter semester or summer semester or the whole academic year.
* SEPTEMBER 1 TO OCTOBER 31 - nomination period just for summer semester.

🧳 Once nominated, an email will be automatically sent to the applicants containing all necessary information to start their application process.

🇩🇪 Hochschule Offenburg is still accepting exchange student nominations for
the upcoming 2025/26 winter semester (October 2025 - February 2026).

🧑‍🎓 The application platform will be open for the student’s applications between April 01 and May 01, 2025. Once the nominee's details are sent, they will contact them with instructions about the online application process directly.

🧳 The exchange students attending the 2025/26 winter semester are highly recommend to take part in the SUMMER LANGUAGE COURSE FROM SEPTEMBER 1 - 26, 2025, PRIOR TO SEMESTER START.

📚 It's not only a language course, but also a helpful preparation to living and studying in Offenburg. International students get to know
each other, they can get familiar with the institution and the city of Offenburg and settle in smoothly. An extra-curricular program will be
organized for this purpose.

🌍 During the lecture period, free German language classes will be offered as well as a class in “German Culture and Society”.

✈️ Upon arrival, exchange students will be accompanied by student buddies to their accommodation in Offenburg. Furthermore, these buddies will assist in all bureaucratic matters during the first days.

🇱🇹 The Autumn semester/Full year (2025-2026 AY) exchange student applications for Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Vilnius Tech) are now open!

🕛 Nomination deadline for Bachelor and Master students APRIL 30

🏛️ As soon as the nomination is accepted, the nominated student(s) will receive an email informing them about the application process.

🖊️ The deadline for submission of the student applications and required documents(personal data and admission documents, Digital Learning Agreement,etc.) is 15 MAY.

🧳 All nominated students will receive a link to submit their online applications via Mobility Online platform by a separate email.

🧑‍🎓 Students are required to submit their application strictly by the given
deadlines; otherwise, their mobility can be cancelled.

🏢 Dormitory reservations are approved on a first-applied, first-served basis. Vilnius Tech will inform students about dormitory registration by a separate email.

🗓️ ACADEMIC CALENDAR:
Autumn semester
Orientation Days: 2025-08-28 - 2025-09-01;
Lectures: 2025-09-02 - 2025-12-21;
