πŸ¦… SUCCESSFUL 2ND REGIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ONLINE MEETING

The **Bahrain Noble Region** successfully conducted its **2nd Regional Executive Committee (REXECOM) Online Meeting on 10 August 2026.

Our Regional Executive Officers gathered virtually to discuss important regional matters, strengthen coordination, and establish clear directions for the continued growth, good governance, and effective administration of our Region.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to all REXECOM officers who attended and actively contributed their time, ideas, and commitment. Despite meeting online, our unity, dedication, and shared purpose remained strong.

Eagle Year 2026 is our call to riseβ€”not alone, not divided, but as one.

A CALL FROM THE HEART OF OUR FRATERNITY
Disasters do not choose who they strike and neither does our brotherhood.

We invite you to stand with us in this sacred mission, led by Kuya NP Mark Gavilan and PLT General Bernard Banac, as we bring comfort, aid, and presence to our suffering countrymen in General Santos City, scarred by the recent earthquakes.

July 31 – August 1, 2026

It does not matter which chapter, region, or rank you belong to. When the ground shakes and our people fall, we are all simply Eaglesβ€”KUYA at ATE called to serve.

This is the moment our vows become more than words. This is the true spirit of Alalayang Agila:

We do not ask who should go. We answer: "AGILA ako "
We do not wait for others to lead. We declare: "Kung hindi ako, sino po ang tutulong?"

To serve is to carry each other’s burden. To be an Eagle is to fly low when others cannot stand.

Come. Let us be their hope. Let us show them that no one is left behindβ€”because we stand together.

Understanding Our Eagles Magna Carta of 1989

Every Eagle has a responsibility not only to serve the community but also to strengthen the bonds of our brotherhood. While these two concepts are closely related, the Eagles Magna Carta clearly distinguishes their purpose and application.

Alalayang Agila is our commitment to mutual support, reliability, and brotherhood among fellow Eagles. It embodies the spirit of helping one another with respect, compassion, and without domination or personal interest.

Community Service, on the other hand, is the organized humanitarian mission of the Philippine Eagles dedicated to serving the public, especially the needy and underserved sectors of society. It is our way of living out the principle of "Service Through Strong Brotherhood."

This educational presentation was prepared to encourage discussion and promote a better understanding of the provisions of the Eagles Magna Carta of 1989. It is intended solely for educational purposes and is not meant to offend, criticize, or diminish any existing program, commission, or tradition within our beloved fraternity.

May this serve as a guide for every Eagle to appreciate the distinct yet complementary roles of Alalayang Agila and Community Service, so that we may continue to strengthen our fraternity while making a meaningful impact on our communities.
