Post Doctorate at INSA France. Founder and President of the Brazilian Society of Acoustics 1984-1985. Elected Member of INCE USA (Institute of Noise Control Engineering in the United States) since 1994 Postgraduate Program in Architecture FAU / UFRJ Coordinator of the Master's Course in Architecture at FAU / UFRJ 1995-1997 Academic coordinator of ENVIRONMENTAL ACOUSTICS in the interdisciplinary area of Environmental Engineering COPPE / UFRJ for ten years. AIRPORT NOISE: Coordinated and participated in several consultancy and research projects in airport noise control with INFRAERO Responsible for GERA (Study Group on Airport Noise). Participated in the implementation in Brazil of the Balanced Approach in Airport Noise Control of ICAO Resolution A33 / 7. (International Civil Aviation Organization,) Responsible for the acoustic monitoring of several Brazilian airports, including Congonhas, Santos Dumont, Porto Alegre, Florianópolis airports , Curitiba, Viracopos.
