Wednesday, students attended classes at the university and visited the sheep center
Thursday, we visited a water buffalo dairy as well as a cattle dairy and were lucky enough to try both water buffalo milk products & A2 cattle dairy products
Friday, we visited a farm with Guzerat cattle and a Holstein dairy, hiked at a national park, then had a fun dance party!
Saturday, we visited Porto de Galinhas for fun at the beach and buggy tours
Today, we traveled to Pirassunuga and have been working on our projects!

Recap of our first few days here!
On Friday and Saturday, students traveled to Recife.
Sunday, we took a tour of Olinda and Recife, where we learned about different historical and cultural monuments in both cities (and did some shopping!)
Monday, we attended classes at Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco, as well as toured some agricultural areas of campus
Tuesday, we visited the Fazenda Tres Irmaos ranch, where we were able to learn about Sindhi cattle being shown and in pasture.

After a long couple of days traveling, almost all of us have made it to our first destination in Recife!
