HUZZAH! SUCCESS! The first ever Math Symposium went off without a hitch!(almost) we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our presenters did an amazing job, and the math club did an excellent job in directing and making sure things were done on time. I'd like to take this time to thank all of those who came to show support and I hope to see you again next year with even more people! Thank you, thank you, thank you! have an AWESOME weekend!

Good MORNING MA PEOPLE?! it's a rainy day here in the beautiful capital of Belize, Belmopan, but the plan for later this afternoon is this:
those of you who volunteered for the community outreach program are kindly asked to converge at Mr.Lewis' office at 1:50pm, today 10/8/2014. Once everyone is there, we will move to Garden City Primary school to meet with the principal, Mr. Hall. kindly pass on the message, Thank you and have a brilliant day!

Hope you all had a safe and eventful weekend! This week we, the UB Math Club, are pleased to announce the first lecture for year. Mr. Montas is an Actuary for Social Security. Actuarial Science is one of the most common application of statistics and finance in the world. every insurance company needs them the ascertain premiums for their customers; it is also one of the things Belize lacks. We hope to inspire you, our beloved members, to take up the challenge and be one of the leaders for change. See you there at the UB Jaguar auditorium during student hour on Wednesday!
