It’s okay to not be okay. 💚

We all have moments when things feel heavy, and that’s completely normal. Taking time to check in with yourself is a form of strength, not weakness.
Join us for Mental Health Screening Day, a quiet and welcoming time to pause, reflect, and talk. You’ll take a quick, confidential questionnaire and have the option for a brief one-on-one chat with a UFV counsellor who’s here to listen and guide you toward the right supports.

Color & Reflect Hour ☕🎨 Take a break from the exam rush and join us for a cozy, creative space to de-stress and reflect on the semester.
Drop in anytime to sip some tea, color or doodle, and explore gentle journaling prompts like “What helps me recharge?” or “What’s one thing I’m grateful for today?”
You can also write a Reflection Postcard to your future self or another student, using prompts such as “A reminder I want to give myself next semester is…” or “Something I’m proud of from this semester is…” Choose to keep your postcard or add it to our reflection wall.
Tea, coloring supplies, and good vibes are provided. 🌿✨
