Schwartz Women in Business would like to spotlight the incredible women entrepreneurs who continue to lead and innovate despite barriers such as funding gaps, gender bias, limited networks, and imposter syndrome.
Yet, every day, women across the world are building businesses, creating jobs, and proving that innovation has no gender.

Ready to get involved, meet new people, and start building your leadership journey at St.FX?

We are looking for our 2026 to 2027 Early Engagement Lead to join the Schwartz Women in Business Leadership Team.

This role is all about creating a welcoming experience for first-year students, building community, supporting member engagement, and getting involved in WIB events and initiatives throughout the year.

If you are enthusiastic, organized, passionate about supporting women in business, and ready to grow as a leader, we want to hear from you.

Our final recap, and a look back on a truly unforgettable weekend. Over two days, this conference became a space where ideas were shared, confidence was built, and meaningful connections were formed. The energy in every room was a reminder of what is possible when ambitious women and allies come together to learn and lead.

Evening 1 of our annual Schwartz Women in Business conference marked the beginning of a weekend centred on growth, connection, and the leader within.
