📣 Dear StFX campus,

Human Nutrition Honours student Devyn Hogg and Dr. Jen Jamieson are seeking adult volunteers to take part in a taste testing panel. Although plant-based foods are growing in popularity, we know that they don’t always taste the best. We have developed a high-protein wheat-based product, and we need your feedback to make it taste its best.

We are seeking volunteers to take part in a short sensory analysis session, where participants will be asked to taste the product and rate its sensory appeal and degree of likeness. If you choose to participate, you can play a role in nutrition research on plant-based protein innovations. Your feedback will help guide researchers on further steps to adjust the product’s sensory appeal for consumers.

🎁 In appreciation for your involvement, consenting participants will be entered in a random draw to win a $50 gift card to the Antigonish Farmer’s Market.

✅ To be eligible to participate you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have no dietary restriction or allergies to wheat/gluten or other product ingredients.
• Willingness to taste and consume the food product.

Please see the Invitation to Participate form for full study information and how you can become involved! Please read the Invitation to participate carefully, as there are important dates included on when you can attend a required information session!
