Grade 5/6 students from St. Andrew’s Consolidated School explored healthy habits through our hands-on Nutrition Education Program over the past few months 🥦🍎 From food label scavenger hunts to cooking activities, students learned about fueling for an active lifestyle, food science, and where food comes from.

The program wrapped up with a visit to StFX’s Human Nutrition Labs for food science experiments, followed by a meal at Morrison Hall — all made possible by our amazing student volunteers!
