It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend and coworker, Gary Parsons.
For many years, Gary was an instructor here at Canadian Training Institute. Here he shared not only his knowledge and experience, but also his kindness, compassion, and unforgettable sense of humour. There was never a shortage of stories whenever Gary was around.
Gary often said that he treated every student the same way he would treat his own family. He genuinely wanted each person to succeed. That care was visible in everything he did. He was a talented heavy equipment operator and dedicated instructor, and helped launch the careers of countless students. He leaves a lasting impact on both the industry and the people fortunate enough to learn from him.
To those of us who were fortunate enough to have worked alongside him, Gary was much more than a coworker, he was a friend. He was always there with a warm smile and a hug.
We are incredibly grateful for the years we shared with Gary and for the memories we made together. He will be deeply missed by all of us at Canadian Training. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and everyone whose life he touched.
Thank you, Gary. You are deeply missed.
