Such wonderful news for a faculty member who has had so much impact on BCIT Forensics as well as across Canada and internationally, including as Past President of the International Association of Forensic Nurses. An honour well deserved! Thank you, Sheila Early

We are delighted to celebrate Sheila Early, a trailblazing BCIT Forensics educator, who has been named a Member of the Order of Canada.

On joining BCIT, Sheila created the first forensic nursing offering.

It has now grown into an internationally-recognized Forensic Health Science offering, providing the best possible care to victims of sexual and other assaults.
