• Prepare academic reports (grading sheet, attendance, academic exercises, and assessments).
• Prepare and update course syllabus/outline and content.

• Actively participate to develop and updates curriculum, manuals, and guides as requested by Coordinator and Academic Lead.
Education and Skills Requirements:
• At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting and other related fields.
• A current membership/license with a relevant regulatory body is preferred.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field. At least 2 years of teaching and mentoring experience.
• Proficient in the technical and theory translation of the course.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational, research, and accuracy skills. Sharp listening skills and critical thinker.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications.
• Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations.
• Committed to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
• This role can be fulfilled from anywhere in Canada as our programs are taught virtually

The City College of Management is seeking an Academic Recruitment & Enrollment Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a positive and professional experience as the first point of contact to prospective students and enroll as many qualified students as possible.

This is an ideal role for a friendly, energetic, customer service driven individual that enjoys working with the public. The ideal incumbent is a driven professional with a Direct sales experience. This position is compensated through a commission and bonus.

As an Admissions Advisor you will be responsible for the following:

Generates leads for prospective students at every opportunity.
Contact perspective via telephone and email to successfully book in-person interviews
Perform interviews and determine appropriateness of candidates for admission, based upon career goal compatibility.
Meets program enrollment targets for each cycle.
Deals with a high volume of applicant communications through written correspondence, e-mail, telephone or in person visits, to ensure that applications are completed and to guide the applicant through the various stages of the process to register, as well as, advises on their status and next steps or options available.
Follows through, diligently, ensuring students are ready, willing and able to begin school successfully
Organize and attend off campus recruitment activities to provide academic and admissions information regarding the College to prospective students
Participate in such events as student appreciation, open houses, graduation, trade shows, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ambitious, enthusiastic, and a goal setter.
Direct sales experience necessary but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills
