Every October, for 5 years running, we see the same thing. A kid who was an 85-90% math student in junior high comes back from their first Math 10C test with a 65.

Nothing happened.

High school math just moves faster and hits harder than junior high did, and most students (and parents) don't see it coming until the grade is already there.
