June 18, 3 p.m. Mount Royal University is responding to a cyber incident that has affected access to University systems and services. On Wednesday, June 17, the University advised the community that it was experiencing technical disruptions affecting certain systems. We can now confirm that those

MRU continues to experience a service disruption affecting mtroyal.ca, MyMRU, on-campus internet access, telephone services and other services. Google services, including Gmail, remain available.

At this time, campus remains open. All on-campus security and safety systems, such as the fire detection/alarm system, are functioning.

ITS is investigating the disruptions and working to restore services as quickly as possible.
