Participants receive comprehensive assessments, including iron markers, body composition, aerobic and anaerobic performance testing, plus insights into gut health. Discover how your iron status may be impacting performance, training, and overall well-being.

Iron deficiency is the most common and widespread nutritional disorder in the world. Iron deficiency is especially prevalent in the athlete, affecting upwards of 50% in female endurance athletes. Newly named Dr. Roger Jackson Kinesiology Complex honours a visionary who helped shape our faculty and our city. From UCalgary’s role in the 1988 Winter Olympic Games to the founding of the Sport Medicine Centre and Olympic Oval, Dr. Roger Jackson built the foundation for the world class Faculty of Kinesiology we know today.
