Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the children who never returned home from residential schools, the Survivors, and the families and communities who continue to carry their stories.

It is our responsibility as treaty people to take the time to listen, learn and reflect on what reconciliation asks of us in our work and in our communities. 🧡

What better way to show our CLIC colleagues how we do LIC in Alberta than to get on a bus and take them there? 🚌🏔️

From an immersive emergency simulation in Pincher Creek to visits with rural health-care teams, a boat tour in Waterton and stops at Lundbreck Falls and Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump, it was two packed days of learning, connecting and exploring southern Alberta.

A huge thank you to the communities, volunteers and local teams who welcomed us and made Conference on the Move possible!
