Scholarships (supported by BMO and TD)
support Black students entering second year
or beyond of a full-time undergraduate
Commerce or Business Administration
degree or diploma program, demonstrating
good academic standing (cumulative GPA
greater than or equal to 2.7 or 70%),
community and business involvement. Two
awards valued between $5,000 - $7,000,
applied directly to tuition.
Calgary Black Chambers Pembina Leadership
Scholarship supports Black students entering
second year or beyond of a full-time
undergraduate degree or diploma program,
studying Commerce, Business Administration,
Economics, Engineering, Computer Science,
Land Administration, Political Science, or
Policy Studies, demonstrating good academic
standing (cumulative GPA greater than or
equal to 2.7 or 70%), school and/or community
involvement. Five awards valued
at $7,000 each, applied directly to tuition.
Established in memory of Kyle Alfonso
Block, The Kyle Block Scholarship
supports students entering second year
of study or beyond studying engineering,
business or economics at a post-
secondary institution in Alberta, British
Columbia or Saskatchewan,
demonstrating financial need, good
academic standing (cumulative GPA
greater than or equal to 2.7 or 70%), and
involvement (past or present) in
competitive sports, music, fine arts or
social justice issues. One or more awards
valued at a minimum of $2,500, applied
directly to tuition.
