St. Mary's University College Student Ethics Club Have you ever wondered what makes life worthwhile? Why do we perform the actions we do? Why do we set certain goals for ourselves? In fact, most of us do anyway.

Have you ever wished society looked a little different? Have you ever wondered what is the meaning of life? Guess what...you're a philosopher! You don't have to be a professional to engage the sort of questions with which philosophers preoccupy themselves. By engaging in our community you will discover new ways of viewing the world. In this club we will get together as friends and colleagues to as

k some questions about the nature of the "good life." We will look at practical examples of real-world issues and talk through them together. These will include everything from the issues we all deal with to the weird and wacky things occurring on the fringe of society. There will be some fascinating issues addressed and some great conversations. Please feel free to join our group.
