Rocky Mountain College is a private, accredited, multi-denominational Christian College located in NW Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Calgary is an hour from the Rocky Mountains and is known for its arts, professional sports teams

, Canada Olympic Park, world class educational institutions, businesses and churches. RMC is supported by the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada, accredited through the Association for Biblical Higher Education and is recognized by the Government of Alberta. Course-by-course transfer relationships with several institutions (including some universities) are available. Rocky offers apartment-style housing and an off-campus community housing list is available online. Students have convenient access to Calgary's Transit system. RMC Students have the opportunity to be involved in music, mission trips, small groups and health and wellness opportunities. Students may enjoy the University of Calgary Athletic Facilities through a partnership with U of C. Faculty and Staff foster one-on-one relationships with our students because we believe that Christian leadership rides on Christian character. RMC Programs

🌟Alumni Spotlight! 🌟

Kayla has shared the following with us:
It has been many years since I left Rocky. The girl I was would not be recognized by the woman I am, and Rocky played a part in that. It was at Rocky where I learned to question the theology of the church today, and that God could and would handle all my doubts.

From the first moment, when I was on a literal mountain questioning my life choices, as Teigen told me I was as sure-footed as a mountain goat, to now, living in the UK as a soldier's wife with two small girls.

My days are full of praising Jesus in the kitchen and watching kid shows, and refereeing fights.

We have been through three moves and three churches. All different, yet all helping to continue shaping me like the potter's clay. It is not the life I had pictured for myself, but it is a million times better.

I know I owe it all to saying yes to God that first time to attend Rocky. Everything I have learned helped to make my faith my own: authentic, messy, with some bruises but still strong and sure-footed, which I know will help me better steer my family through this life.

RMC has THREE programs for Addictions Counselling to suit your goals! 🤩

These programs are designed for those wishing to work in a secular or faith-based setting and will be taught from a Christian faith-based perspective, recognizing everyone in treatment as being created in God’s image. It will provide the student with an overview of the Bible, an understanding of God’s love for all His children, and developing the tools to serve God with passion and excellence in the field of addiction counselling.

We'd love it if you were willing to pray for the RMC community! 🙏 Here are some requests sent by President Mike:

• Our world is in so much turmoil. Pray that the peace of the risen Christ would rule in our hearts and lives.

• Pray for our course facilitators. They are the backbone of our education model and we pray they would know God’s favour for their tireless efforts.

• Pray for our finances. God has blessed RMC so wonderfully and we pray that He would continue to bless us with financial stability as we seek to serve our students and His kingdom.
