Today is World Senior Citizens Day.
We want to take a minute to thank the workers who look after our elders.

A large portion of Health Care Aides in our health care system help older adults with everyday things like getting dressed, eating, and getting to appointments, both in care homes and in people's own homes.
This year the Health Care Aide role became a regulated profession, under the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA, formerly CLPNA).

If you have been thinking about working in health care; THIS IS THE TIME.
