Meet Tayo Olojede ✨

A graduate of the Business Management program at Selkirk College, Tayo currently works as an Employment Counsellor at Kootenay Career Development Society.

Through his role, Tayo applies skills developed from courses such as Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Human Resources, Project Management, and Information Systems to build professional relationships and support clients through the delivery of client-centered services.

His journey reflects how the Business Management program equips students with practical, transferable skills that open opportunities across different industries while strengthening listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
