Exciting news! CERA Day 2026 registration opens Monday, August 24.

In celebration of International Day of the Older Person, UFV’s Centre for Education & Research on Aging (CERA) will be hosting a full day of workshops, sessions, and a keynote speaker!

We're excited to invite you to attend our one-day, FREE event! CERA Day 2026 will be held on UFV Abbotsford campus on September 25 from 9:00am to 1:45pm. CERA Day offers presentations and workshops (free lunch and prizes too) for older adults living in our neighbouring communities of Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Mission.

Everyone 55+ is welcome to attend. Limited space available!

UFV Chilliwack is hosting free events in collaboration with Cycle Chilliwack, including a bike packing demonstration, a beginner-friendly bike basics workshop, and an inclusive/adaptive group ride on the Vedder Rotary Trail.
