📣 Community Spotlight Series | May Sessions

The Social Development Council SDGCA continues to host our Community Spotlight Series, highlighting programs and services that support individuals and families across Cornwall, SDG, and Akwesasne.

🤝 In partnership with Great River OHT / ÉSO du Grand Fleuve, we’re also continuing our Navigation Webinar Series, focused on improving how people access health, social, and community supports.

Each session is a great opportunity to learn about local services, strengthen connections, and support more coordinated service navigation across our communities.

Le Conseil de développement social SDGCA continue d’offrir la Série Spotlight communautaire, qui met en lumière des programmes et des services soutenant les personnes et les familles à Cornwall, dans SDG et à Akwesasne.

🤝 En partenariat avec l’Équipe Santé Ontario du Grand Fleuve nous poursuivons également notre série de webinaires sur la navigation, visant à améliorer l’accès aux services de santé, sociaux et communautaires.

Chaque session est une excellente occasion d’en apprendre davantage sur les services locaux, de renforcer les liens et de favoriser une meilleure navigation des services dans nos communautés.
