None of that felt accessible to her when she started. But that's kind of the point — you're not supposed to already know it. You're there to learn it.

What stood out to her wasn't just that the content was hard. It's that her instructors always showed her why it mattered and gave her somewhere to apply it right away. That's what made the hard stuff worth doing.

She's now finishing her capstone project: building her own web design business website, from scratch, with real feedback from her instructors.
