Our office provides advising services to international students, holds social events, information sessions and more. Education Abroad is another primary focus of our office. MacEwan University offers you opportunities to participate in exchanges, study abroad programs, summer programs, and internships during the course of your studies. We can also help you find places to volunteer or work abroad during your studies or when you graduate from MacEwan University. We can't believe the term is starting so soon! If you're a new international student, come to our new international student orientation and learn the MacEwan ropes, have a chance to win swag, and eat yummy food! Just show up at the place and time in the image.

Plus, you can meet with Service Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency to learn about getting your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and how to file your taxes. These clinics will help you avoid the headaches of figuring it out on your own, so make sure to come by at the dates and times at the bottom of the image.

Are you an international student currently on academic probation? The Back on Track program is a collaborative initiative by MacEwan International, Wellness and Psychological Services, and Student Success Navigators, designed to support international students on academic probation.

The program aims to help students regain good academic standing through targeted support and resources. Join this orientation session and take the first step toward getting back on track!

International students on probation will receive an invitation to the orientation closer to the date. Registration will be shared with invited students by email.
