Moving to a new country comes with a lot of firsts.

Your first class. Your first friend. Your first time getting lost on campus. 😅

Give yourself permission to be new. You don't need to know everything, have everything figured out, or adjust overnight.
💛 Celebrate the small wins, ask questions, and remember that progress counts too.

For many international students, adjustment takes time. If you're feeling overwhelmed, homesick, or just navigating a lot, counselling can be a great place to talk it through.

Our sincerest apologies in advance...

We'll continue:
• Talking about support services

• Sharing opportunities to meet people and build community
• Reminding you that you're not the only one adjusting

And yes, we might just convince you to book that counselling appointment you've been thinking about.

💛 Because you don't have to figure it all out alone.

📩 Send us a DM, connect with the IICC team, or book a confidential counselling appointment when you're ready.
