Consult me before making changes: If you decide to change the date, time or location of your ceremony, please contact me first to confirm my availability.Because of other bookings I may not be able to accommodate your change. Your Ceremony Content: Select your wedding ceremony content at least 4 - 6 weeks before your wedding day. You may forward this to me in the body of an email, as a word document or saved in our working folder. Be Creative: The wonderful thing about weddings today is that almost anything goes. I encourage you to consider aspects of ceremony that reflects your values, style and personality as a couple - you are not limited to the common wedding traditions or some one else's style. I have many great ideas. Feel free to ask for suggestions on how to make your day memorable and magical. Trust my experience: Over the years I have accumulated much experience and expertise. I know the industry, the other wedding professionals, and how to guide you through the entire process. Ask for help with anything and...trust my experience. I know that things happen: Sometimes situations happen that are beyond anyone's control. Be assured that in every circumstance, I will strive for excellence and do whatever I can to ensure that your wedding day experience with me will be extraordinary. I marry a lot of couples: I marry many couples every year. When you contact me always give your full name, wedding date, time, and location. This will allow me to serve you quickly and efficiently. Close to the countdown: We will set up a second meeting to review your ceremony content, confirm the details for your ceremony, and provide your balance owing (if needed). This meeting can be done in person or over the phone if needed, and should be held at least 3 -4 weeks before your wedding date. You will have a full draft to approve 2 weeks before the big day. Wedding day expectations: I plan to arrive 30 - 40 minutes before your ceremony. Upon arrival, I will connect with the groom and groomsmen, make sure the license and rings are in place, and speak with the other wedding professionals (musicians, DJ, photographer, etc.). I will coordinate the details of the processional and confidently conduct the ceremony. Be assured, your day is being well looked after. I am very honoured and thrilled to be a part of this very special life event.
