Dr. Jennifer Leason is an off-reserve member of Minegoziibe Anishinabe Pine Creek Indian Band, Manitoba. She is a Canadian Institute of Health Research (CIHR), Canada Research Chair, Tier II, Indigenous Maternal Child Wellness and an Associate Professor at the University of Calgary.
