Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the children who never returned home from residential schools, Survivors, and their families and communities.

Reconciliation is an ongoing responsibility. We encourage everyone to listen to Indigenous voices, learn about the history and lasting impacts of residential schools, and reflect on how each of us can contribute to meaningful change.
