Congrats to Gryphons women's soccer standout, Olivia Rizakos, who was named OUA Athlete of the Year on Wednesday night in Oakville at the OUA's 'Honour Awards' banquet!

She becomes just the 10th student-athlete in school history to take home the conference's most prestigious award!

OUA Team of the Year! ✨ 🏉 👏

Congrats to the Gryphons men's rugby team, who on Wednesday night (May 13) at the OUA Honour Awards banquet in Oakville, were named the recipients of the OUA's 2025-26 "Team of the Year" award!

The Gryphons men's rugby team (OUA champs AND national champs in 2025) become just the 3rd University of Guelph varsity team in the 16-year history of the award to be named an OUA Team of the Year (joining 2021-22 men's T&F and 2018-19 WHKY).
