After just the first three days of interviews, 63% of co-op students have secured work terms for the fall 2026 semester!

Although the initial round of fall job postings has wrapped up, new jobs will be posted as they come in. Be sure to check Career Connects daily so you don’t miss out!

We’re here to support you with cover letter reviews and interview preparation. Just give us a heads-up at least 2 days before your application deadline or interview. Email [email protected] or contact your Co-op & WIL Coordinator directly.

With the deadline for the first round of fall 2026 job postings around the corner, we want to remind you that our Co-op & WIL Coordinators are available to help you with editing your cover letters and preparing for interviews! You can submit your cover letters for review or book an appointment for interview prep by emailing [email protected], at least 2 business days before the deadline/interview date.

We are pleased to announce that the 2025 MSVU Co-operative Education & Work-Integrated Learning Centre Annual Report is out!

With more than 45 years of delivering co-operative education and other work-integrated learning (WIL) programs at MSVU, we are proud to share the accomplishments of our students, employer partners, and the university community. As we reflect on 2025, we are equally excited about what lies ahead in 2026. We look forward to continuing to support our co-op and WIL students, and strengthening relationships with both long-standing and new employer partners.
