Please take a few minutes to complete the co-op & WIL graduate survey. Through a random draw, one respondent will win a pair of AirPods 4.

The survey is anonymous, unless you choose to leave a testimonial or wish to enter the draw for the AirPods 4.

The survey closes on Friday, May 22, 2026.

Each year, the Co-op & WIL Centre accepts nominations for the MSVU Co-op Employers of the Year award. As part of ’s Work-Integrated Learning Month, we are celebrating the MSVU Public Relations Employer of the Year – the Marketing & Communications Team at Halifax Public Libraries. The Marketing & Communications Team was nominated by public relations student Tina River.

Tina says the team helped create a supportive, inclusive, and learning-focused work environment. From the first day of introductions, Tina felt included, and her learning experience was designed to facilitate her professional growth. Throughout Tina’s work term, every member took the time to work with her on various projects.

The Marketing & Communications Team also encouraged Tina to share opinions on projects beyond her role, providing her with insights into the organizational culture beyond her department. The team brought Tina along to high-level meetings and provided her with valuable feedback on projects, helping her transition smoothly from coursework to professional work.

We want to take a moment to thank the Marketing and Communications Team at the Halifax Public Libraries for their commitment, excellence, and dedicated support of MSVU’s co-op program. We hope that their contributions, along with those of our other award recipients, inspire more students and employers to get involved in co-op and work-integrated learning programs.
