Good morning everyone!

Want to hear about the faith journeys of some Mac alumni?

Come on out this Friday night - Feb 28th at 7:30pm at Rich and Audrey Zanstra's place 😊 they will be sharing their testimonies with us as they both made the decision to follow Christ when they were at our school.

Let's open our hearts to their message so we can receive spiritual, academic, and life advice!

A few things will go some way, but conversations and prayer go further.

Join us on Friday at 6pm to offer care packages to people in Hamilton experiencing homelessness.

Our goal is to love all people the way that Christ loves us.

"who being in the very nature of God did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant being made in human likeness." ~ Phillipians 2:6-7.

If you would like to help, meet at RELAY Coffee Roasters, 27 King William St at 5:45pm for a brief chat and prayer so we can get going at 6pm. DRESS WARM!! We suggest you boots, hats mittens, and layers.

After our bags have been handed out, we will have a bible discussion at Josh & Danielle's.

Happy New Year all Shine viewers!

I'm excited to announce that we will be a devotional/discussion this Friday night led by our very own Jarrett Heckbert on the topic of reading our bibles and growing in our relationship with God through this practice.

Location: 8 Dalewood Crescent
Time: 7:30pm

We will be reading and discussing two chapters from the Gospel of John all together - these two chapters have been handpicked with the intention of teaching us about being fed with God's word.

"For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." ~ Hebrews 4:12.

Hi everyone, it has been a while!!

This Friday night, there will be an event going on at 140 Hunter Street East at 7:30pm.

The title of this event is called "Awake" and it is a presentation by a man named Mark Stomenberg. Mark will be sharing his experience as a su***de survivor and will be bringing light to some issues in mental health and Christianity.

All are welcome.

This week we will have BIBLE TALK on Tuesday in the Food Court of the MUSC Student Centre at 12:30pm. Bring your lunch!
The talk will be about 30 minutes long.
We usually sit at the round table in the seating area next to Booster Juice and across from the Union Market (If you are unsure about finding us, directly message the FB page and we will give you someone's number).

This weekend, there will be NO Friday Night Live.

Hope you've been having a great week so far.

We just wanted to let you know that this Friday we will be meeting up with a similar group in Toronto for a volleyball night called JamQuest. This event will be held at North Beach Indoor Volley Ball Academy.

The cost of the event is $20.
We are willing to give rides so please message us if you are interested!!

Hello, everyone.

We hope you are having a great week.

We just want to update you all on a couple things going on this week!

First of all, we will be having our FIRST BIBLE TALK this Tuesday - that's tomorrow Sept 25th - at 12:30pm in the food court of MUSC.

This bible talk will be responding to some of the most popular answers that we have received in our survey from Club's Day which was:

17% - What is our purpose – why are we here on earth?
17% - Why does God allow pain and suffering?
11% - How can I forgive when it really hurts?
6% - What is Christianity all about?
22% - How can I overcome bad habits?
27% - What is the secret to happiness?

Second of all, we will be having a Movie Night FNL this Friday at the Brisebois house!!
Everyone who is interested in coming should message us personally (through facebook or email: [email protected]) and then show up at William's Cafe (Main and Bowan) at 7pm for pick up!!

Seats in the car will be first come first serve.

Good evening, everyone.

Hope you had a great first week back at classes.

Just to let you all know, we will have our first Friday Night Live this Friday Sept 14th at 8 Dalewood Crescent at 7:30. We will have a couple of our brothers and sisters share their testimonies and we will have a sermon prepared for us by Danny Brisebois!

On top of all this, there will be burgers and sausages as well as board games! Feel free to bring a snack or drink.
