Welcome back to Monday Motivation! 💥

Our trainer Raheema is showing off our Viking Press AND calf machine!

This machine is located near the back of level 0, just past the cable machines. The machine is cool because you can use it for two completely different movements and muscle groups! 💪🦵

Always remember to adjust to your liking before using, and when using for the first time, try it with little to no weight to get a feel for it.
