Jessica Fullerton was plaintiffs' counsel in the class action against Dr. Norman Barwin, a former fertility doctor in Ottawa who inseminated patients with the wrong s***m - including his own s***m. She will discuss fertility and reproductive law, the legal hurdles in litigating cases of fertility fraud, and the settlement.
