The Queen's Marketing Association - QMA

The Queen’s Marketing Association (QMA) exists to inspire and educate the next generation of marketing leaders.

The Queen’s Marketing Association was formed in 1986 by distinguished professor at the Smith School of Business Kenneth Wong, and a group of students dedicated to bridging the gap between industry and the classroom. The year 2000 marked the inaugural two-day conference that would grow to be known as QMAC, and with the help of the QMAC Challenge introduced in 2003, became the marketing resource fo

r students at Queen’s. In 2013, marketing opportunity for Queen’s students grew significantly with the ratification of the Queen’s Marketing and Advertising Association, QMAA. QMAA was able to establish year round support in the form of educational workshops, online resources and networking events centered on exposing students to a wide array of strategies and career opportunities. In 2016, QMAC and QMAA chose to merge, returning both organizations under the QMA name, and reaffirming our focus towards educating and inspiring the next generation of marketing leaders.

Hey COMM ’26!

The Queen's Marketing Association (QMA) is looking for two driven and passionate individuals to join our team! Our First-Year Representatives will become a part of a team that achieves excellence while having fun in the process, and we will work with you to ensure you get value out of your role.

Applications are LIVE and close on September 25th, at 11:59pm EST. Interviews will be scheduled between September 26th - October 1st, and hiring decisions will be released on October 1.
