The Residence Mail Depot is now accepting packages! 📦

Swipe to see where to send your mail based on your residence, and how to format your mailing address.

Please keep in mind that students will not be able to pick up their mail until September 6, so avoid sending anything that is urgent or needed for move-in day to the Mail Depot.

With less than a week until move-in (!!!), keep an eye on your Queen’s email over the coming days for your individualized move-in instructions 📥

We’ll send you your zone card, which provides directions to your residence building unloading zone and the route to your designated parking lot.

Remember to print your zone card in colour before you arrive and follow the directions we send you – Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps, and other navigation apps don’t know the traffic flows we’re changing up for the day to ease congestion and make move-in smooth for you!

With move-in approaching, we’re sharing key information about the Residence Mail Depot!

Please keep in mind…
• Deliveries will not be accepted before August 31, 2026.
• Parcels will not be available for pick-up at the Residence Mail Depot before September 6, 2026.

For time-sensitive items like medications, urgent course materials, or items you need immediately upon arrival, we encourage you to place orders to your permanent address, bring essentials with you, or purchase them locally.

Before you can do so, please remember to:
1. Upload your ID photo using the link in the email you received from the Office of the University Registrar. Your photo can take up to 48 hours to verify, so make sure to do this ASAP!
2. Sign your residence contract on the Housing and Ancillary Services Portal.
