I (Brendan) l be heading to the gym later on today at some point. Is this helpful? well maybe not, but I'll post on here when I have a better idea of when I am going to go. Thinking of doing legs if anyone wants to join!

Alright I'm at the gym folks, if anyone needs a spot, wants to offer/receive any advice about anything don't be afraid to bug me even if I'm listening to music and/or lip synching. Heading to the Gym tomorrow morning at 8 am if anyone is down to have a nice morning workout in a non-busy gym. Doing weights and cardio, open to suggestions/providing tips whatever. Let's burn off the disgusting amount of turkey we've ingested this past weekend - Justin

Fit Freaks we all know the importance of dynamic stretches and dancing is excellent cardiovascular exercise so the QLH&F and the Queen's Rollerblading club will be hosting a smoker this Thursday!!
