Hello there! I’m Nico from Germany!
I am so grateful for the opportunity to have studied Game Design in Conestoga College. It was not a thought-out plan I made, rather it was a sudden opportunity that greeted me and it is the best decision I ever took.
Right on the first day in the college, the atmosphere felt welcoming just like visiting an old friend’s house. My professors and classmates have been so friendly and supportive of each other that it felt not like a typical classroom but an area where we all grow together and follow our hobbies into careers.
Even though it has only been two years, living alone abroad and meeting all kinds of creative minds was like I gained the knowledge of a lifetime. It taught me how difficult it can be to stand on your own two legs and I could not be more thankful for this time.
I appreciate all the professors and classmates along the way and I hope we keep seeing each other as we grow in the game’s industry!
