The School of Culinary Arts Garden Court Restaurant encompasses our three levels of diploma students, as well as Cook and Baker Apprentices. New!

When dining at the Lethbridge Polytechnic Garden Court, you're helping our culinary students perfect their skills. Welcome to The Garden Court! Run by the students from the Culinary Careers diploma program, the Garden Court Restaurant offers a variety of menus throughout the year, including a lunch express, buffets, gala dinners and evening dining. Our culinary students' have worked hard to curate menus for this falls Lunch Express and Buffet options! We open up our Lunch Express bookings for the first menu on October 15th, 21st and 22nd, and spots are limited, so call or message us to book in today, 403-320-3230 !

Our Pie sales have officially closed! Thank you to all of our patrons who put an order in to support our students!!

Our annual Pie Sale is starting, with pre-ordering available at this time with final ordering September 29th at 12pm or until pies last! Pick up is Thursday October 8th from 12pm - 3pm, and/or Friday October 9th 8am - 12pm.

Pies are $12.30 + GST each!

As we go full steam ahead into this semester, we’d like to welcome our new students and welcome back our returning students to the School of Culinary Arts!

We’re excited to announce that our Lunch Express and Evening Dining will kick off on October 15 with Lunch Buffets to come in the following weeks. Check out our schedule and message us to book in early as we have limited spots for all dates!
