We offer one of the lowest instructor-student ratios in the province, so you can be assured you'll receiev plenty of one-on-one time with your instructors. Fifteen (!) talented Lethbridge Polytechnic students are in Edmonton this week to compete at the Provincial Skills Canada Competition! 👏

From welding and plumbing to culinary arts, automotive and architectural technology and design, these students will showcase the skill, dedication and hard work they’ve built through their programs and apprenticeships.

Schedules for apprenticeship classes starting between August 2026 and July 2027 are now available.
Registration will open between May 19 and May 28, 2026, depending on the trade.

Apprenticeship classroom instruction registration is open on the following dates. Class registration opening time is 8:00 a.m. daily. If classroom instruction is temporarily unavailable in your trade, l earn about other ways to continue your apprenticeship program . All classes available are listed....
