Why Physiology & Pharmacology? Physiology is the science of life, examining the mechanisms of living things from the molecular level to whole body function. Pharmacology is the study of drugs and their effects on living systems, examining the chemical properties of drugs, their biological effects and how they are used to treat disease.

Learn more from Neal about why Physiology & Pharmacology might be the right fit for you.

Why Pathology? Pathology is the scientific study of disease. It looks at everything from genes to cells to organs and plays a critical role in understanding how and why diseases develop and how they effect the human body.

Learn more from Neal about why Pathology might be the right fit for you.

03/03/2020

Why Epidemiology and Biostatistics? In Epidemiology and Biostatistics, you will have the opportunity to take courses in biology, chemistry and health economics. And you will gain experience in designing clinical and population studies, analyzing health data and how research impacts health policy and practice.

Learn more from Zoey about why Epidemiology and Biostatistics might be the right fit for you.

Why One Health? One Health is an innovative and interdisciplinary program focused on the link between animal health, environmental health, socioeconomic factors and human health.

Learn more from Zoey about why On Health might be the right fit for you.

02/23/2020

Why Microbiology and Immunology? Microbiology and Immunology is the study of living organisms too small to be seen with the naked eye, like microbes, bacteria, viruses and parasites.

Learn more from Neal about why Microbiology and Immunology might be the right fit for you.

02/18/2020

Why Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences? Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences focuses on studying a health topic from the lens of multiple disciplines. It is designed for students who want a broader understanding of the basic medical science disciplines to explore health and disease from many angles.

Learn more from Zoey about why Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences might be the right fit for you.

02/13/2020

Why Medical Health Informatics? Medical Health Informatics brings together computer sciences, medical sciences and health care to achieve better human health. You’ll learn how to analyze medical data and digital tools.

Learn more from Zoey about why Medical Health Informatics might be the right fit for you.

02/08/2020

Why Biochemistry? Biochemistry looks at life at the molecular level. You will learn how biomolecules interact and how cells store and use information to better understand the molecular basis of disease.

Learn more from Neal about why Biochemistry might be the right fit for you.
