The King's University College Students' Council Speaker Series proudly presents Naomi Klein!
On Thursday, February 9 at 6:00 PM, Naomi Klein’s presentation wants you to forget everything you think you know about global warming. The really inconvenient truth is that it’s not about carbon—it’s about capitalism. The convenient truth is that we can seize this existential crisis to transform our failed system and build something radically better. In her most provocative talk yet, Naomi Klein tackles the most profound threat humanity has ever faced: the war our economic model is waging against life on earth.
KUCSC Speaker Series: Naomi Klein will take place in the Kenny Theatre, located inside the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre at King's University College (266 Epworth Avenue, London Ontario, N6A 2M3). The Kenny Theatre is wheelchair accessible, but you may email [email protected] to request any additional accommodations.
Tickets are on sale now at The King's Connection! Tickets are $5.00 for students and King's University College alumni, and $10.00 for community members. Free on-site parking will be available for attendees.
