🪻Congratulations Taylor🪻

Taylor Jamieson recently graduated from our MA in Linguistics program at spring convocation in June!🎓

Taylor’s Major Research Paper titled
“Educational Policy on the Presence of ASL Instruction in the Public-School Classroom” contributes to the exploration of “barriers that hinder the successful implementation of Deaf education policy in Ontario’s school system.”

Join us in celebrating this amazing TA and researcher who brought such leadership, positivity and resilience to our community!

In addition to being a full-time graduate student and an incredibly supportive teaching assistant, Taylor served on the WISSLR organization committee twice, was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the WPL journal, spoke on our career guidance panel, and more.

We wish her the best of luck and thank her for leaving these uplifting words to future students!💌
