Congratulations to Chris Purkis and Kalique Dzidah for being recipients for Canadian Foundation Scholarships earlier this week. Phi Delta Theta Ontario Beta alumni, David Wood presented these two with their awards earlier this week. Chris and Kalique have been strong leaders throughout there time in Phi Delt by being actively involved with Phi Delt, their academics, the community, Western, and leadership. Proud of you boys, keep up the great work!

And finally, we have our new 2019/2020 President, Shane Wilson! He is entering his senior year of English and Sociology. He was enticed to join Phi Delt because of the camaraderie that exists among the brothers and the organization of strong philanthropic initiatives. He plans on doing a masters program in Public Policy and Administration after undergrad. Congratulations Shane!!

Introducing our new Vice President Kalique Dzidah. He is in his 3rd year of Nursing. His future goals once he graduates is to specialize in Paediatric Behaviours and Mental Health as well as Clinical Education. He joined Phi Delt after meeting the brothers and realizing there was such a strong brotherhood where he fit in. He also looked at all the amazing leadership opportunities that Phi Delt had to offer. He is super stoked to work with the new executive team, and the chapter to see it grow! Congratulations!

Now we have Chris Purkis as our new Social Chair! He’s in his 3rd year of Neuroscience, with aspirations to be plastic surgeon. He joined Phi Delt because being a member of fraternity was always something he wanted to do, and when he looked into Phi Delt, he was very impressed by our philanthropic endeavours and academic excellence, as well as the potential to meet brothers I would have for life.
