Being from a small town and not knowing many people at Western, AOII brought me some of the sweetest friendships I could’ve asked for. It has introduced me to so many amazing people I never would have met otherwise, and I’m so thankful for all the memories and friendships that have come from it. MEET EXEC MONDAY 🤍

Hi everyone! My name is Sophie Feeney, and I have the honour of being this year’s Director of Continuous Recruitment for Alpha Omicron Pi! I’m currently in my second year and studying BMOS at Huron.

Ever since joining AOII I’ve been surrounded by caring, strong, and confident women who I look up to and push myself to be everyday. Joining a group with so many new faces was scary, but the new faces quickly became my best friends and biggest support system. AOII has shown me what genuine sisterhood and friendship looks like. Being Director of Continuous Recruitment has allowed me to share this experience with others and help them find their place in AOII, which has been so rewarding. The relationships I’ve made in and out of my pc mean the world to me, especially my big Olivia, my twin Jordyn and my littles Anabelle, Issy, and Hannah. I can’t wait for the next 2 years in AOII with these girls by my side.

I’m really looking forward to recruitment in the fall and getting to meet all of you 🫶🏻

“I joined AOII at first because of my sister, but I had no idea how much it would become my own story too. From day one, I found the most genuine friendships, the kind where you can fully be yourself and always feel supported.

It’s the most fun I’ve ever had, but it’s also pushed me in the best way. Being surrounded by such strong, inspiring girls makes me want to grow, step outside my comfort zone, and become a better version of myself every single day! MEET EXEC MONDAY💞

Hi everyone! My name is Bailey Bytensky, and I’m the current Chapter President of Alpha Omicron Pi. I’m currently finishing my first year in the Ivey HBA program.

This is my second year on the AOII executive board. Last year, I served as Vice President of Membership Experience. Beyond the amazing connections I’ve made through these roles, I’ve learned so much about myself as both a leader and a team member. I feel incredibly lucky to serve as President and to work alongside such supportive and uplifting women.

After joining AOII in the second semester of my first year, I knew I wanted to become more involved. I felt an immediate connection with the women in the chapter and was inspired to make a meaningful impact. Meeting my littles, Rachael, Tamara, and Meghan, has fulfilled me in ways I never expected. I’m so grateful for them and for all the relationships I’ve built through this chapter.

To anyone who may be hesitant about rushing, I strongly encourage you to go for it! You won’t regret it!
