As an Employment Advisor, you’ll play an important role in helping individuals overcome employment barriers, develop their skills, connect with employers and find meaningful career opportunities. You’ll also work alongside employers and community partners to support workforce development and strengthen employment opportunities across our region.

📍 Location: Confederation College Northshore Campus — Marathon, ON
💼 Position: Employment Advisor — Permanent, Full-Time
🕐 Hours: 35 hours/week | 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
💰 Salary: $41.20 – $47.57/hour
