The Residence Services Desk, located in Oscar Peterson Hall offers a variety of services for residents as well as being open for inquires and support during your stay. To meet the needs of each resident specifically, we have Residence Life Staff that work to energize, engage, and educate residents by involving them within their respective residence and campus communities, as well as offering a net
work of support. The Community Development Coordinators (CDCs) lead a team of Dons and Community Assistants (CAs), who are assigned students in their residence area. The Dons work with the undergraduate residents to offer social guidance as well as advice using their own university experience. The CAs work with the graduate, professional, and students with families to provide a network of support specific to their diverse needs. A unique program for first year undergraduate students transitioning into the university is called rezONE. Within this program, first year residents will be placed in similar academic communities and will be paired with an upper year rezONE Academic Leader (rezPAL). The rezPALs are dedicated to providing academic support specific to you.
