Valentine’s Day Fun Fact!

A long time ago, people noticed that birds began to find their mates in mid-February. Because of this, Valentine’s Day became a symbol of friendship and love.

In the 1400s people started writing the very first Valentines which were simple notes to show they cared.

Today is a great reminder to spread that love to everyone in your life. Take a second to reach out to your friends and family. Most importantly remember to be kind to yourself too!

🌟 A Memorable Saturday at Canada’s Wonderland! 🌟

Last Saturday 25th , our ESL students enjoyed a wonderful day at Canada’s Wonderland, filled with excitement, laughter, and great memories. It was an excellent opportunity for students to practice English in a fun, real-world setting while connecting with classmates and building new friendships.

🎃 Pumpkin Carving Competition 🎃

Join us for a fun Halloween activity on October 31st (Thursday) from 1 to 3 PM in C222 classroom (TRAF)

We’ll provide the pumpkins and tools, all you need to bring is your creativity and a few friends. Students will work in groups of 4–5, and each group will carve one pumpkin.

There’ll be prizes for the funniest, scariest, most creative, and best traditional Jack-o-lantern. Winners will receive ESL swag prizes!

Everyone’s welcome, including online and HMC students.

Registration closes Oct 28th - don't miss out!
