Turtle Nest Protection 2025: A symposium hosted by the Centre for Urban Environments on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Are you interested in learning more about turtle nest protection? With all the community science groups working to protect turtles, we have found that many groups have similar questions and challenges. What better way to help everyone navigate this than a symposium where you can ask questions from an expert panel of biologists!
This symposium is organized by University of Toronto Mississauga (Centre for Urban Environments) and Heart Lake Turtle Troopers. We would be delighted to see participants from different community science groups and other organizations involved in turtle nest protection work!
If interested in joining this symposium, please fill out this Google form. https://forms.gle/Xm36LehtpTNa3FVQ9 .
Both in-person and online options are available!

We hope to see you all there!
